Social Security’s Ticket to Work program can help you decrease your reliance on SSDI and/or SSI. This program is specifically created to increase financial and independent well-being.  As an Employment Network (EN) Service Provider, employU can assist with the following support at no cost to you:

· Benefits/Work Incentives Counseling · Career Planning/Counseling Job Search and Placement · Resume creation and Interviewing Ongoing Employment Support · Assistance with Work Accommodations

There are no limits on the amount you earn for the first 12 months allowing you to keep your SSDI check.  Continue to receive Medicare for more than seven years (at least 93 months) after you stop receiving SSDI cash benefits due to working full-time.  Continue to receive Medicaid even after you stop receiving SSI cash benefits due to working full-time.  No need to worry about reapplying if you find you’re unable to sustain full-time work.
