Our Vocational Evaluation program provides a battery of assessments to give insight into a person’s interests and abilities, so that they may have less difficulty in deciding on an appropriate career choice for themselves.

We have trained experienced staff to administer a diversified array of testing to fit a particular client, situation, objective and goal. We offer the most innovative, assessments in the industry available to test ones cognitive ability, aptitude, skills, personality, work values, behaviors, interests and goals. These assessments will determine ones strengths and interests’, which gives a clear picture of what someone can do and is interested in doing.

Comprehensive Assessment

During this type of evaluation, the individual is assessed through a series of achievement, aptitude, tolerance, dexterity, and interest tests that take place within a one to two day duration, depending on the testing ordered. Additional data is obtained through background information, personal reports, and observations.

To verify the customer’s job interests and determine if the job is an actual fit, employU’s Vocational Evaluator will accompany our client to businesses to observe a worker and discuss the job duties, hours of operation as well as the positives and negatives of the position.
